An engineer by qualification. He is the back bone of the construction unit. He has worked as a site engineer in south India Corporation limited and has been associated with many projects like India cements ltd, TNPL staff quarters, Rani Meyyammal kalyana mahal at Egmore, 1000 bedded hospital building for Annamalai University. As a partner with spertec engineers and contractors, he had constructed the administrative office, science block, botony block and agriculture block at annamalai university along with projects constructing textiles mill, rolling mill etc. As an individual contractor he has constructed a granite factory, executed TWAD Board works, southern railway works, Hcc projects for water supply etc. As the proprietor of m/s Vishaal builders, he has developed a township at vishaal nagar phase I and Madurai outskirts at an estimated cost of 6 crores and has a number of big projects in line; including the first large format multi specialty mall in Madurai.
